Ordering and Options

UK Made Branded Luggage Straps made to order to any length with optional full colour logo print of your own design.

We brand the logo straps straps in-house so each can be branded up from even the smallest quantities of 1 unit upward using the dye-sub printing method meaning that the logo design can be anything from 1 to full (photo) colour in the design.

We also stock and manufacture other travel related promotional merchandise so why not consider a travel pack of other items packed together perhaps in a drawstring bag.

Plain stock luggage straps are made to order in the UK and can be branded as Promotional Products in a couple of ways.

DYE-SUB PRINTING - We print a length of special strapping that is printed in full colour, whether this is single background colour with your text slogan, or if is a full photography based design.  This is printed and then sewn on top of the strap as you can see in the images on our web site.  Colours are best if designed in RGB colour profile and output as a high res EPS or PDF only.  Please design to 304mm wide and 54mm tall (allow for a 9mm bleed on all sides) and do not include any traditional cutter marks in the design.

WOVEN LABELS - the easiest and lowest cost method for 1000+ units.  Costs depend on size of the label and design so contact us with your requirements though as a guide, a label at 4cm wide and 1cm tall sewn into the side seam would be £0.40 each on 1000 units as a guide.

Branding Option - Vinyl Film - Single Colour

Vinyl film is a method of branding that we create in-house by the cutting of the logo or text from large sheets of vinyl film (think rolls of plastic).

Are other colours of strap available ?

Yes.  We have lots of colours available and also different widths and fabrics of straps so please get in touch if you cannot see what you require.

What is the lead time for the luggage straps and branding ?

We always ask for 1-6 weeks on most orders though can almost always delivered on fast turnaround.  All depends on how busy we are so please do get in touch if you have a shorter or even longer but specific delivery date in mind.

Luggage Compression To Die For! Bought 6 x 50mm royal blue 1.8m luggage pull-tight straps. Paid standard postage but they arrived within 24 hours! Superb quality, buckles of superior plastic (ABS?) with very strong snap clasps, totally convincing. They make rolling and stuffing our Duvulay mattresses and the air beds a cinch, dunno how we managed without. Fine service, top quality goods, fair price; thank you so much.

Directors Review of the British Made Luggage Straps

We manufacture luggage straps every day for our personal customers on one of our consumer travel accessories web sites. Each strap is made from very strong 50mm wide nylon and we have a good range of colours to make as promotional merchandise.

Branding is offered by a number of methods depending on the colours in your logo, the quantity you require and when you need them making for.

If costs are required for larger quantities, please do get in touch as we also use a partner factory in the far east to give you alternative options for bigger orders.
