All our Promotional Products have Frequently Asked Questions in a tab online on each Product page. If you have any additional questions to ask please contact us where we will help at all times and aim to have your questions added to the products online for future clients.

Can I order online without registering?
Yes. However, if you are a Distributor of Promotional Products or a Brand Owner or Retailer in need of Promotional Products with your logo, please do register so we can approve your access to discounted trade pricing. It's a very simple process.

How do I get trade pricing?
Simply register on the site and, once approved, we will give you access to the trade pricing for all our promotional products for all quantities, and you will also have access to plain cover images and many other functions.

How do I order plain stock or branded products?
All promotional products are best ordered online assuming you have all the requirements for manufacturing answered within the product choices. Plain stock items are sent out ASAP though branded products with your logo are then processed through the stages expected in manufacture eg proof approval and so on.

What are your standard lead times for despatch of the products?
Unfortunately we cannot answer this easily. Some items we can pack and despatch the same day (eg Plain Stock Eye Masks or Earplugs) though most items have to be made from scratch to order. Even when we create a proof for you with the print mockup, we can still be really fast at manufacturing so please do get in touch if you have a deadline to meet. We ALWAYS do our best and you'd be surprised how fast we can be most times, often within a couple of days if needed.

Can I make changes to the standard products online or have bespoke promotional merchandise manufactured?
Yes. We specialise in bespoke requirements and ask you to get in touch with your special needs before placing an order. Typically a bespoke product would then be added to the order system by ourselves rather than online ready for payment and processing.

What is the usual process expected when ordering branded promotional merchandise from BMPM®?
Generally speaking we follow the following processes to manufacture and despatch your merchandise:

  • Order placed online and payment made. We don't offer credit so please pay with order.
  • Upload your logo or artwork (or email us at a later date).
  • We create a Pre-Production Proof and email you for approval and ask you questions on pantone colours to be used and any other production comments.
  • Approval is signed and returned (by email) to us.
  • Pre Production Samples or Colour Swatches might be sent for further approval though usually we go straight into production once approval is received.
  • Manufacture commences with the 1st production sample sent into the office to check against the approved production proof you have signed off.
  • Production commences and once complete, our office staff typically inspect the goods before final packing.
  • Goods are packed and despatched.
  • Tracking becomes available if needed for delivery of the order.
