Branding Methods for Promotional Products

At BMPM® British Made Promotional Merchandise we offer a range of branding methods that we do both in-house and can source to local companies across our wide range of branded products.

Dye Sublimation is a full-colour, edge-to-edge print process which allows for pantone-matched colours, complex designs and photography print. Dye Sublimation Promotional Products are done in-house onto both our UK-made promotional products and other items held in UK stock, this is by far our most popular branding method and is used for products including Branded Cushions, Custom Hot Water Bottle Covers, Microwave Heat Packs, Branded Eye Masks and more. Dye Sublimation is available from just 1 unit and can be achieved with a fast turnaround.

Vinyl Film is another branding method we offer in-house with no MOQ's. Vinyl Film is a 1 colour print process and is ideal for Printed Tablecloths (where branding needs to be larger format), Branded Blankets and any branded merchandise manufactured from our range of Cotton or Fleece fabrics.

Whilst we do not offer these in-house we also have a wide range of products perfect for Embroidery, Pad Printing, Screen Print, or that can be branded with a Printed Sticker or Woven Labels, we have local suppliers who can do many of these branding methods for us or we can supply Plain Stock Promotional Items directly to your chosen supplier.

We understand that to fit a budget, for speed or for a variety of reasons you may not always need all of your items branded and so we also offer Pain Stock versions of many of our promotional products which are available off the shelf and with faster lead times than custom logo merchandise.
