Customer service was excellent as Michael gave me great advice regarding the fabric type and how hard wearing it was. The final article was exactly what I needed, the sash did not slip off the shoulders like my previous 'satin' ones and my team, who had to wear them, said how much better they were. Really good quality. The sashes arrived in very good time, only a couple of days after placing my order, so thank you very much to Michael and his team for delivering a quality item. Absolutely delighted with these cushions. The quality is excellent – exactly as described, with really sharp, vibrant printing and a great feel to the material. You can tell they’re properly made, not just thrown together. What really stood out was the turnaround time. Our order arrived much quicker than expected, which made a big difference for us. I made an enquiry with BMPM about some bunting for a client. Without me having to ask Becky and her team did tests and worked out how the bunting could and should be made. Super fast service that saved time in the office and speed when printing x1000 workbooks each containing 126 pages each. Quality was amazing and way better than your office printer. And that some were in colour (which you don't have at work) and some in black and white.
