Custom Headrest Covers, or antimacassars as they are known are a great promotional product for use on chairs at exhibitions or on office chairs and can also be used on the backs of train, coach or bus seats to promote a brand or logo.
Made to order in our factory in Lancashire these Custom Headrest Covers can be printed to any Pantone matched colour or photography print and are available with elastic or hook and loop fastenings to suit any chair.
Our Custom Headrest Covers are manufactured from a premium mock suede fabric for a stunning finish that is designed to be used again and again making these promotional products a lot more environmentally friendly than throwaway paper alternatives.

Products made with Luxury Polyester Mock-Suede Photo Fabric Option
- If your product is made from (or has the option of choosing) Luxury Polyester Mock-Suede Photo Fabric, the fabric has a fire rating for safety and full details can be supplied on request. Please note this fire application is water-soluble and will wash off if the fabric is washed or gets wet.
Polyester Photo & Logo Printed Fabrics
When your product is printed you will see the image will be stunning, as good as the image you have sent us almost. The image will not run or fade over time as the print is infused (dyed) into the very fabric itself and will not damage the image when it gets wet or damp.
- 100% Polyester Fabric used for the Printed Fabric.
- CARELESSNESS CAUSES FIRE.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not tumble dry.
FAQs
Can this product be pantone matched?
Yes. This product can be branded by sublimation print up to full colour including photography images or plain spot colours to meet your branding needs.
We print fabrics from RGB designed artwork though ask you to supply Pantone Colour references with your job so we can check and ensure we get the closest match possible.
Can we order Plain Stock with no product branding?
Yes, this product is available without print. Prices for plain stock are shown in the pricing table.
What is the lead time for production?
We are fast turning around all jobs as this product is made in-house in our own Lancashire factory; many jobs can be manufactured and despatched within 1-2 days if really needed.
Actual lead time depends on the order quantity and how busy we are at the time you order.

Can I order a sample of this product?
Yes. Please order your sample of this product online either as a plain unprinted sample or as a "Printed Sample" from the options shown.
The brands that you see on BMPM® are our own creation; they are trademarked and owned by our company so you will have no worry that the "company" or "brand" that you see can be found online or breach any client confidentiality.
Each sample is printed and made to order so please ensure you advise the required delivery date and choose a delivery option that suits your need at checkout. We can usually make samples the same or next business day though if you choose to order with an overnight delivery (eg Royal Mail Special Delivery) we will get the sample out the same day.
You can also select "plain cover" delivery at checkout if you wanted the sample sending to your client.
NB If you cannot see "Printed Sample" as an option in this product listing, please contact us so we can add it for you urgently ready to order online.
Can I order my own branded sample?
Yes. Please place the order online as you would normally and select all the print options that you need and select the logo upload for the setup. Most of our products can be ordered from MOQ 1 item anyway though if we are branding with your own design, the charge to set up has to be covered.
Fastening with Double-Sided Sticky Tape
This item would suit being fastened to your seat with double sided sticky tape which is what most customers would do.
We do not supply the tape as we have no knowledge of what your intended use is or what material (wood, fabric etc) the chair seat is made from and cannot of course be responsible for such use.
It's the best way though that clients have told us to stick the antimacassar headrest cover for use as a temporary solution and clients have also said they would always prefer to use a good quality non-permenant tape from reputable suppliers.

Artwork
Dye Sub (Full Colour)
This product can be printed in-house using our Dye Sublimation process.
Dye Sub as it's referred to is usually a full colour print method used on fabrics and other hard substrate products though it can also be used on single colours especially where tints and tones are needed in the design.
Typically we would sublimate panels of fabric to achieve your desired print and then sew up the panels of fabric after they are printed to achieve an edge-to-edge print appearance.
Colours in the print will not run or bleed off when wet and can be used with photography print designs as well as coloured logo artwork.
Artwork Design Specification
For printing using full-colour dye sublimation, please ensure you design the colours in the artwork in RGB format.
Please also supply us with the pantone references for any colours in the artwork so that once we have printed your product, we can check the final colours to the pantone book we have to hand.
We cannot guarantee any colour matching when artwork has been designed in CMYK or another colour profile though we can achieve and do achieve great results starting with RGB artwork.
Artwork Template Info.
We do not have an artwork template for simple straight-sided products as the template is very easy for you to create.
Straight Sided Shapes
- Please design your artwork at +20mm bleed on all sides
- Do not put cutter marks in the artwork
- Much of the bleed area you are creating will not show on the final product as we use this typically for the sewing seam for eg on cushions
- Some of the bleed area might show, or might not and cannot be accurately defined to the single millimetre
- If your artwork has an all-over pattern, make sure the bleed area "doesn't matter" too much in terms of precisely where we sew the seam
Pre-Production Proofs
If requested at the time of ordering or at our discretion we will supply you with a pre-production proof for approval by email before any manufacture or printing starts.
This will be emailed to you once the order is paid and ready for us to set up and you have sent in or uploaded your images.
It is very important that approval is given in writing (email is ok) by an approved person at your business as signing means we will move into production, sometimes within minutes of the approval being given.
If a pre-production proof is not requested your order will go straight to print.
