Made to order in the UK, these branded neck pillows can be printed up to full-colour edge-to-edge using dye-sublimation for a stunning logo, Pantone matched or photography print. With their classic U shape, logo travel pillows are perfect for adults or children alike and can be used on any mode of transport. Manufactured from luxury photo fabric and available from just 1 unit with fast turnaround.

Polyester Photo & Logo Printed Fabrics
When your product is printed you will see the image will be stunning, as good as the image you have sent us almost. The image will not run or fade over time as the print is infused (dyed) into the very fabric itself and will not damage the image when it gets wet or damp.

• If your product is made from (or has the option of choosing) Luxury Polyester Mock-Suede Photo Fabric, the fabric has a fire rating for safety and full details can be supplied on request. Please note this fire application is water-soluble and will wash off if the fabric is washed or gets wet.

What type of Fibre is used to fill our cushion & pillow Products?
Generally speaking, we use a luxury, spiral twisted and smooth-coated polyester fibre (Lux.) to fill our cushion products. Normal fibre can become lumpy over time but ours will bounce back time and again and has the benefit of being Hypoallergenic.

Does the Lux. Fibre have a Fire Rating?
Yes. We buy our fibre only from a trusted UK source that has their fibre meet the Furniture (Fire) (Safety) Regulations (BS5852). We regularly obtain updated certificates to check the latest batches meet the current requirements.

What happens if the Lux. Fibre gets wet or is washed in the machine?
No harm will come to the polyester fibre in theory, getting it wet is inadvisable though don't panic, just dry it out normally at room temperature though don't put it in the dryer. We found on testing that if you do put the cushion in the washing machine, it will dry out ok though the tumbling in the washing machine tends to make the fibres all clump together and become less evenly spaced in the cushion.

Can this product be pantone matched?
Yes. This product can be branded by sublimation print up to full colour including photography images or plain spot colours to meet your branding needs.

We print fabrics from RGB designed artwork though ask you to supply Pantone Colour references with your job so we can check and ensure we get the closest match possible.

Can this product be made to a special size that is not shown on your web site option?
Yes. We make this product to order and can, if required consider a bespoke size if you don't see a size that's suitable. We might have to charge a bespoke pattern set up fee though do get in touch beforehand to see if this would be applied and if we can make your requested size.

What is the lead time for production?
We are fast turning around all jobs as this product is made in-house in our own Lancashire factory; many jobs can be manufactured and despatched within 1-2 days if really needed.

Actual lead time depends on the order quantity and how busy we are at the time you order.
