Promotional Merchandise Custom Ear Plugs are held in UK stock for fast turnaround. We sell them to many clients especially for events that are noisy such as Formula 1 style promotions or for travel and campaigns that promote peaceful sleeping.
The plastic vial is supplied with 1 pair of earplugs already packed inside and each case has a black screw-top lid with keychain attachment.
Branding is done by way of pad printing or full colour sticky labels. We can also supply plain stock for use as plain items or for your own branding.

Can this product be pantone matched?
Yes. This product can be branded by sublimation print up to full colour including photography images or plain spot colours to meet your branding needs.
We print fabrics from RGB designed artwork though ask you to supply Pantone Colour references with your job so we can check and ensure we get the closest match possible.
Can we order Plain Stock with no product branding?
Yes, this product is available without print. Prices for plain stock are shown in the pricing table.
What is the lead time for production?
We are fast turning around all jobs as this product is made in-house in our own Lancashire factory; many jobs can be manufactured and despatched within 1-2 days if really needed.
Actual lead time depends on the order quantity and how busy we are at the time you order.

This product is not UK Made, however the product is held in UK Stock and is ready to be printed with your logo as a Branded Product on fast turnaround.
Sticky Labels (Stickers)
This product can be branded by having a sticky label stuck onto the product.
We can supply sticky labels though our suppliers ask for a minimum label order of 1000 units even if you wanted to order less than this quantity of the promotional product itself.
They are a very low-cost option even to purchase 1000 labels and can be full colour or single colour, black and white or any colour option. Labels can be gloss or matt and we will apply the label to the product on arrival.

Pad Printing
This product is suitable to be branded by Pad Printing.
Pad printing is a low-cost and fast print method to print large quantities of products with your logo or text.
Pad printing is where a thin layer of ink is placed onto the product and is suitable for small, simple logos only. Pad printing is available with up to 4 spot colours, though this will depend each product being branded.
Due to the thin layer of ink used, background colours can sometimes be seen through the print and this should be considered before ordering though we can advise you better once we have sight of your logo.
Pre-Production Proofs
For all branded products we will supply you with a pre-production proof for approval by email before any manufacture or printing starts.
This will be emailed to you once the order is paid and ready for us to set up and you have sent in or uploaded your images.
It is very important that approval is given in writing (email is ok) by an approved person at your business as signing means we will move into production, sometimes within minutes of the approval being given.
