Instructions
Our products will have a sewn-in care label giving you guidance on care and washing this product. In summary however, they will contain the following instructions though please do refer to the specific label on your individual item for latest information:
- For 100% Cotton, 100% Polycotton & 100% Polyester & Polycotton Fabrics.
- CARELESSNESS CAUSES FIRE.
- Remove outer cover if supplied for your product before cleaning.
- Do not wash any inner filled product or get it wet.
- Warm hand or machine wash and cold rinse.
- Wash with like colours at max. 40 degree temperature.
- Do not bleach.
- 1 spot iron (Cotton / Fleece) or 2 spot iron (Polycotton).
- Do not tumble dry.
FAQs
Can this product be pantone matched?
No. This product is made from stock colours of fabric though we can mix and match many colours for your needs.
Please get in touch with us as we stock far more colours of fabrics than can be displayed on our web site and invariably we can get fabric that meets your needs, even for smaller order quantities.
Can we order Plain Stock with no product branding?
Yes, this product is available without print. Prices for plain stock are shown in the pricing table.
What is the lead time for production?
We are fast turning around all jobs as this product is made in-house in our own Lancashire factory; many jobs can be manufactured and despatched within 1-2 days if really needed.
Actual lead time depends on the order quantity and how busy we are at the time you order.

Artwork
Vinyl Film
This product can be branded with vinyl film in-house at the stage of manufacture.
Vinyl Film is a method of printing single colours onto fabric and clothing and will not peel or wash off. It is suitable for the fabrics that this product is made from and is a method where we plotter cut your logo from your artwork and heat press the coloured film to the product to display the logo.
Vinyl film is great for really large logo's or logos that are not too complex or intricate in the detail and also best placed where a single colour is to be printed. Vinyl film is available in a number of spot colours and cannot be pantone matched though chances are we will have a film that will be very close.
Artwork Files
Please output designed artwork to vector-based PDF or EPS with all fonts embedded with hairline outline.
Pre-Production Proofs
If requested at the time of ordering or at our discretion we will supply you with a pre-production proof for approval by email before any manufacture or printing starts.
This will be emailed to you once the order is paid and ready for us to set up and you have sent in or uploaded your images.
It is very important that approval is given in writing (email is ok) by an approved person at your business as signing means we will move into production, sometimes within minutes of the approval being given.
If a pre-production proof is not requested your order will go straight to print.
