Non woven fabric is a man-made fabric that is often used by far-east factories to make face masks, surgical gowns, bags for life and other low-cost items.

Each unit ordered is x1 metre in length.

This non woven fabric is becoming harder to obtain we are finding over the years. We have limited stock in our UK warehouse and once this is used up, any new orders would have to be in full rolls which have hundreds of metres on each roll. Please do get in touch prior to placing an order so we can check stock to hand. Presently we have only black and white stock and no colours. Non of the brighter colours are available in the UK at all now, but if you do have a much larger order we can consider a far east order for your special needs.

Our non woven fabric is Spunbond Polypropylene.

Is the non woven fabric meltblown?

No.

What weight is the non woven fabric?

Generally the white stock we carry is 80g in weight. If you need alternative weights please let us know.

Can this product be made to a special size that is not shown on your web site option?
Yes. We make this product to order and can, if required consider a bespoke size if you don't see a size that's suitable. We might have to charge a bespoke pattern set up fee though do get in touch beforehand to see if this would be applied and if we can make your requested size.

What is the lead time for production?
We are fast turning around all jobs as this product is made in-house in our own Lancashire factory; many jobs can be manufactured and despatched within 1-2 days if really needed.

Actual lead time depends on the order quantity and how busy we are at the time you order.

Can I order a sample of this product?
Yes. Please order your sample of this product online either as a plain unprinted sample or as a "Printed Sample" from the options shown.

The brands that you see on BMPM® are our own creation; they are trademarked and owned by our company so you will have no worry that the "company" or "brand" that you see can be found online or breach any client confidentiality.

Each sample is printed and made to order so please ensure you advise the required delivery date and choose a delivery option that suits your need at checkout. We can usually make samples the same or next business day though if you choose to order with an overnight delivery (eg Royal Mail Special Delivery) we will get the sample out the same day.

You can also select "plain cover" delivery at checkout if you wanted the sample sending to your client.

Can I order my own branded sample?
Yes. Please place the order online as you would normally and select all the print options that you need and select the logo upload for the setup. Most of our products can be ordered from MOQ 1 item anyway though if we are branding with your own design, the charge to set up has to be covered.
