Lead Time - Brand Printed Eye Masks (Far East Special Orders Only)
When ordering eye masks that are not in our UK held stock supplies, we place special orders with our factory in the far east.
These lead times are provided as a guide and can usually be delivered faster. Our factoriy gives us really prompt attention and have been trading with this factory with confidence since the year 2000.
If you need items quicker, this can be possible but please get in touch with the eye mask colour, enclose the actual artwork for branding and a target delivery date. We will check in with the factory for live production and delivery schedules and can, for example have the items sent by fast courier if really needed at extra cost.
- NB we only instruct the factory for actual setup once your order is confirmed (and paid) with us online.
- 5 - 10 days for visual sample for approval.
- 20 - 25 days manufacture.
- 5 - 10 days delivery to our UK warehouse including customs clearance.
- 1 - 3 days UK delivery.
All far east special orders are delivered direct to our UK warehouse so that we can clear customs, inspect the goods and then process for onward delivery.

Can this product be pantone matched?
Yes. This product can be branded by sublimation print up to full colour including photography images or plain spot colours to meet your branding needs.
We print fabrics from RGB designed artwork though ask you to supply Pantone Colour references with your job so we can check and ensure we get the closest match possible.
Can we order Plain Stock with no product branding?
Yes, this product is available without print. Prices for plain stock are shown in the pricing table.
Can I order an embroidered sample of this product?
Yes. Please order your sample of this product online either as a plain unprinted sample or as a "Printed Sample" from the options shown.
The brands that you see on BMPM® are our own creation; they are trademarked and owned by our company so you will have no worry that the "company" or "brand" that you see can be found online or breach any client confidentiality.
Each sample is printed and made to order so please ensure you advise the required delivery date and choose a delivery option that suits your need at checkout. We can usually make samples the same or next business day though if you choose to order with an overnight delivery (eg Royal Mail Special Delivery) we will get the sample out the same day.
You can also select "plain cover" delivery at checkout if you wanted the sample sending to your client.
NB If you cannot see "Printed Sample" as an option in this product listing, please contact us so we can add it for you urgently ready to order online.
Can I order my own branded sample?
No. Unfortunately as we do not embroider in house, we are unable to provide a sample with your branding.

Artwork
Embroidery
This product can be embroidered with your logo and design on quantities of over 100 units.
Embroidery is outsourced to our local embroiderer who offers a premium service with fast turnaround though we can also look at sending the products out to your own preferred embroidery company if you have one.
Embroidery is not available on less than 100 units due to our supplier's minimum order quantity requirements though other print options may be available on smaller quantities.
Embroidery will cost more or less depending on the final stitch count of the logo. A typical smaller logo at around say 4cm wide x 2 cm tall may well have a 7500 stitch count to give you a guide though the actual stitch count cannot be finalised until you send us the logo and the size you would like it embroidering (in cm's) to the product. All costs can only be confirmed once we get to this stage though guide costs will be given in the product here online.
Screen Printing
Screen Printing is available on this product for large quantity orders where a low cost method of mass printing is needed onto fabric products.
Screen printing is typically up to 4 spot colours on logo's though more are occasionally seen though your artwork can only be designed in spot colours not tints and tones.
Screen printing is not done in-house at BMPM and we would send cut fabric pieces to your own preferred screen printer, or to ones we have experience with and then, after printing, the panels are returned to us to be sewn up into finished products.
Artwork Template Info.
This product has a specially designed shape to it, or might have if you are presented shaped options and we will send you a design template to work to on completion of your order.
We hope to also have a template immediately available to download when you complete your order though this is in development.
Please contact us once the order is confirmed if the template wasn't presented at completion of the order.
Pre-Production Proofs
If requested at the time of ordering or at our discretion we will supply you with a pre-production proof for approval by email before any manufacture or printing starts.
This will be emailed to you once the order is paid and ready for us to set up and you have sent in or uploaded your images.
It is very important that approval is given in writing (email is ok) by an approved person at your business as signing means we will move into production, sometimes within minutes of the approval being given.
If a pre-production proof is not requested your order will go straight to print.
