Lectern Covers are used for promotional events where speakers have a lectern to stand behind. Lecturn's are used at schools and colleges, at product launches and at any event where speakers have notes in front of them and a lectern cover is a great way to promote a corporate message, a logo or an event slogan to the audience.
We recognise as a British manufacturer that every lectern can be a different size which is why we make all covers to order to any size and shape you need to perfectly enhance your event. Some lectern covers are rectangular and some with a pointed end, and some to a special shape requirement, all of which can be catered for.

Instructions
Our products will have a sewn-in Care Label giving you guidance on Care and Washing this Product. In summary however, they will contain the following instructions though please do refer to the specific label on your individual item for the latest information:
- For 100% Cotton, 100% Polycotton & 100% Polyester Fabrics (eg Fleece).
- CARELESSNESS CAUSES FIRE.
- For best results, due to the size of this product we suggest you dry clean.
- Alternatively wash with like colours at max. 40 degree temperature.
- Do not bleach.
- 1 spot iron (Cotton / Fleece) or 2 spot iron (Polycotton).
- Do not tumble dry.
FAQs
Can this product be pantone matched?
No. This product is made from stock colours of fabric though we can mix and match many colours for your needs.
Please get in touch with us as we stock far more colours of fabrics than can be displayed on our web site and invariably we can get fabric that meets your needs, even for smaller order quantities.
Can we order Plain Stock with no product branding?
Yes, this product is available without print. Prices for plain stock are shown in the pricing table.
Can this product be made to a special size that is not shown on your web site option?
Yes. We make this product to order and can, if required consider a bespoke size if you don't see a size that's suitable. We might have to charge a bespoke pattern set up fee though do get in touch beforehand to see if this would be applied and if we can make your requested size.
Can this product be made in a fabric or colour that's not shown on your web site?
Yes. We will consider all requests for fabric and colours though have to balance the quantity of product being made and the budget you have per item. Please get in touch with us as we might already have a suitable fabric in the warehouse, or can source specially for you.
Can I order a sample of this product?
Yes. Please order your sample of this product online either as a plain unprinted sample or as a "Printed Sample" from the options shown.
The brands that you see on BMPM® are our own creation; they are trademarked and owned by our company so you will have no worry that the "company" or "brand" that you see can be found online or breach any client confidentiality.
Each sample is printed and made to order so please ensure you advise the required delivery date and choose a delivery option that suits your need at checkout. We can usually make samples the same or next business day though if you choose to order with an overnight delivery (eg Royal Mail Special Delivery) we will get the sample out the same day.
You can also select "plain cover" delivery at checkout if you wanted the sample sending to your client.
NB If you cannot see "Printed Sample" as an option in this product listing, please contact us so we can add it for you urgently ready to order online.
Can I order my own branded sample?
Yes. Please place the order online as you would normally and select all the print options that you need and select the logo upload for the setup. Most of our products can be ordered from MOQ 1 item anyway though if we are branding with your own design, the charge to set up has to be covered.
What is the lead time for production?
We are fast turning around all jobs as this product is made in-house in our own Lancashire factory; many jobs can be manufactured and despatched within 1-2 days if really needed.
Actual lead time depends on the order quantity and how busy we are at the time you order.

Artwork
Vinyl Film
This product can be branded with vinyl film in-house at the stage of manufacture.
Vinyl Film is a method of printing single colours onto fabric and clothing and will not peel or wash off. It is suitable for the fabrics that this product is made from and is a method where we plotter cut your logo from your artwork and heat press the coloured film to the product to display the logo.
Vinyl film is great for really large logo's or logos that are not too complex or intricate in the detail and also best placed where a single colour is to be printed. Vinyl film is available in a number of spot colours and cannot be pantone matched though chances are we will have a film that will be very close.
Artwork Files
Please output designed artwork to vector-based PDF or EPS with all fonts embedded with hairline outline.
Artwork Design Specification
When designing for vinyl film printing, please design and embed and fonts and logos with hairline outlines.
The colour of the vinyl film we use is shown in the checkout options though we will not be "printing" the colours. This method of branding is plotter cut from clothing & textile vinyl film and heat pressed to your promotional product.
There are many colours of vinyl film available to us so if you have a specific colour in mind, that might not be shown on our site, please do contact us with the target pantone colour needed.
Artwork Template Info.
We do not have an artwork template for simple straight-sided products as the template is very easy for you to create.
Straight Sided Shapes
- Please design your artwork at +20mm bleed on all sides
- Do not put cutter marks in the artwork
- Much of the bleed area you are creating will not show on the final product as we use this typically for the sewing seam for eg on cushions
- Some of the bleed area might show, or might not and cannot be accurately defined to the single millimetre
- If your artwork has an all-over pattern, make sure the bleed area "doesn't matter" too much in terms of precisely where we sew the seam
Pre-Production Proofs
If requested at the time of ordering or at our discretion we will supply you with a pre-production proof for approval by email before any manufacture or printing starts.
This will be emailed to you once the order is paid and ready for us to set up and you have sent in or uploaded your images.
It is very important that approval is given in writing (email is ok) by an approved person at your business as signing means we will move into production, sometimes within minutes of the approval being given.
If a pre-production proof is not requested your order will go straight to print.
