Dye Sub (Full Colour)
This product can be printed in-house using our Dye Sublimation process.

Dye Sub as it's referred to is usually a full colour print method used on fabrics and other hard substrate products though it can also be used on single colours especially where tints and tones are needed in the design.

Typically we would sublimate panels of fabric to achieve your desired print and then sew up the panels of fabric after they are printed to achieve an edge-to-edge print appearance.

Colours in the print will not run or bleed off when wet and can be used with photography print designs as well as coloured logo artwork.

Artwork Design Specification
For printing using full-colour dye sublimation, please ensure you design the colours in the artwork in RGB format.

Please also supply us with the pantone references for any colours in the artwork so that once we have printed your product, we can check the final colours to the pantone book we have to hand.

We cannot guarantee any colour matching when artwork has been designed in CMYK or another colour profile though we can achieve and do achieve great results starting with RGB artwork.

Pre-Production Proofs
If requested at the time of ordering or at our discretion we will supply you with a pre-production proof for approval by email before any manufacture or printing starts.

This will be emailed to you once the order is paid and ready for us to set up and you have sent in or uploaded your images.

It is very important that approval is given in writing (email is ok) by an approved person at your business as signing means we will move into production, sometimes within minutes of the approval being given.

If a pre-production proof is not requested your order will go straight to print.
