All of our Custom Heat Packs are made to order and use a luxury photo fabric for the main product fabric. This can be printed using an all-over edge-to-edge print method that is printed before we sew the packs up into the finished product allowing you to create a very unique and stunning design eye pack for retail or promotional merchandise giveaways.

Each Branded Heat Pack is filled with triple screen cleaned Wheat and all our Wheat Bags have been safety tested meaning we can provide safe and accurate heating times and care instructions.

Can this product be pantone matched?
Yes. This product can be branded by sublimation print up to full colour including photography images or plain spot colours to meet your branding needs.

We print fabrics from RGB designed artwork though ask you to supply Pantone Colour references with your job so we can check and ensure we get the closest match possible.

Are the heat packs safety tested?

Our own brand (WheatyBags®) products have been safety tested to the BS8433:2004 standard. This is an optional safety test (at the time of writing this online entry) and it is your own decision that has to be made on which of the following you prefer for the heat packs:

OPTION 1
WheatyBags® branded items – if you want the BS8433:2004 safety testing to be known to the recipient that is to use the heat pack, then you must use our own WheatyBags® branded labels. This is shown on a sewn-in fabric heating instructions label, and also an attached card swing tag and identifies our company and web details as manufacturer and required by the standard.

OPTION 2
If you decide that you do not want the WheatyBags® branded labels showing at all, we can supply plain stock, with no branded labels of our own, and a plain cover generic heating swing card to attach to the product. You cannot claim the product passes the testing at all, and the heating guide is only a generic one and covers all options for all products and you are relying on the recipient to not overheat (or burn in flames) the product which can happen if they overheat. We do not recommend this option though the choice is entirely yours.

OPTION 3
We can send the items to be separately tested for BS8433:2004 if you prefer, and have separate labels made for the sew-in heating instructions and the attached card instructions. The manufacturer could then be identified as yourselves or your client and the safety testing could be marked up on the product. For independent testing, we charge £1250 per product per time tested until passed, and £550 for MOQ 1000 card attachment labels and £1000 for specially made MOQ 10,000 sew in heating fabric labels. This is all optional for you but allows you to make an informed choice.

What is the lead time for production?
We are fast turning around all jobs as this product is made in-house in our own Lancashire factory; many jobs can be manufactured and despatched within 1-2 days if really needed.

Actual lead time depends on the order quantity and how busy we are at the time you order.

Can I order a sample of this product?
Yes. Please order your sample of this product online either as a plain unprinted sample or as a "Printed Sample" from the options shown.

The brands that you see on BMPM® are our own creation; they are trademarked and owned by our company so you will have no worry that the "company" or "brand" that you see can be found online or breach any client confidentiality.

Each sample is printed and made to order so please ensure you advise the required delivery date and choose a delivery option that suits your need at checkout. We can usually make samples the same or next business day though if you choose to order with an overnight delivery (eg Royal Mail Special Delivery) we will get the sample out the same day.

You can also select "plain cover" delivery at checkout if you wanted the sample sending to your client.

Can I order my own branded sample?
Yes. Please place the order online as you would normally and select all the print options that you need and select the logo upload for the setup. Most of our products can be ordered from MOQ 1 item anyway though if we are branding with your own design, the charge to set up has to be covered.
