Ordering and Options

We import promotional eye masks in black in the largest quantities which is why these eye masks are our cheapest option.  

Airline style masks are a great promotional merchandise item that can be supplied plain stock or printed with your own brand logo or campaign slogan.

PACKING SPECIFICATION:

All products in this category are supplied loose packed in cartons for bulk efficient delivery though if you procure them plain stock, we will supply them as packed at our factory.  Often this is in polybags containing 100 items though this is not always guaranteed.

We also stock other colours for promotional use when stock is available within our web site and these will be shown as alternative products for your consideration.

It might also be worth having a look at our consumer web site where we stock many alternative masks though these tend to be more expensive and used less for promotional use.  Please have a look at thejetrest.com for more details, referring to the right hand product menu.

This product is a UK Stocked Import and is not British made for clarity.

Airline Eye Masks can be branded in a number of different ways depending on the artwork, the colour(s) you need and also the quantity involved. You will see all costs for all options on the product Pricing tab. Where the cost shows as n/a it means this printing method is not available at the quantity you have selected.

For smaller quantities we will use UK stock and so are more limited in the choices available.

For larger quantities that we will organise direct from our factory in the far east, the costs are much lower as you will see. If you are unsure, please email us the logo you would like printing so we can check stock and also advise on the best method available.

IMPORTANT PRINTING NOTES - pad printing in the UK will print a very thin film of white ink only. The white will show the colour of the mask through it and taint the white to grey on the black masks. This is however the cheapest method to print in the UK.

On eye masks we suggest a maximum print area of: - 120mm x 30mm for vinyl film and pad and screen printing. - 80mm x 25mm for heat transfer.

CREASING OF EYE MASKS : The larger the branding area designed, the more the chance that creases will show under the heat press where vinyl film and heat transfers are used. Creasing always happens to a varying degree when we overlay vinyl of heat transfers so we recommend smaller areas of branding where possible.

We have loaded a picture of a HEAT TRANSFER eye mask which shows the creasing that can happen on the masks when the transfer area is large which is why we do not generally advise masks to be overprinted in this way on smaller orders.

Creasing tends not to happen at all when the masks are screen printed at our main far east factory at source (as shown on the burgundy sample eye mask picture online).

Branding Option - Vinyl Film - Single Colour

Vinyl film is a method of branding that we create in-house by the cutting of the logo or text from large sheets of vinyl film (think rolls of plastic).

Yes.  We stock other colours though they are listed as other products within our web site as they have a different price structure.

Can I have plain stock eye masks ?

Yes. Just place your order online and the correct trade price will be applied depending on your quantity ordered.

Can I have my logo printed onto these eye masks ?

Yes. Please get in touch with us directly if the printing costs are not shown within this web site as we are currently loading our costs and have yet to complete this item.

Eye masks are just what I wanted Looked online for eye masks similar to ones given to me by a friend. I found these which are british made and of great quality. Price and delivery are good as well.Will use again when I need some more.

Brilliant Product

Directors Review of the Black Airline Eye Masks

We have supplied eye masks as promotional merchandise for many years and although eye masks are never British Made, we do stock them in large quantities here in the UK for fast turnaround.

We offer plain stock of fully printed masks and the costs all depend on the colours for the print and the variety of printing methods we use. The print method is usually governed by the logo and size so do send this over if you want to check.

Larger quantities of 5k or more can be made to order in the far east, can be printed much cheaper at source and also if you are in a rush sent to us by air freight if required.

We are totally flexible on eye masks and have a much greater variety available than shown on this web site so again, please do contact us if you have something specific in mind.
